Bishop Blanchet High School is a private, Catholic, college preparatory school. Established in 1954, Bishop Blanchet was the first Catholic co-ed high school in the Archdiocese of Seattle. With more than 16,000 alumni who are civic, professional and community leaders, we have a tradition of excellence and are committed to educating the whole student to be prepared for college, and life, with a focus on Faith, Scholarship and Service.  Bishop Blanchet High School recognizes the value of educating the whole student, extending beyond academics alone. The school emphasizes the development of character, leadership skills, and a commitment to service alongside a rigorous academic curriculum. In addition to providing a strong academic foundation, BBHS offers a variety of extracurricular activities and clubs that allow students to explore their passions and interests, fostering a well-rounded educational experience.
Bishop Blanchet High School offers an unforgettable student experience that extends far beyond the classroom. BBHS fosters a strong sense of community, creating a supportive and inclusive environment where students feel like they are part of a close-knit family.

Bishop Blanchet High School welcomes international students! The international program at BBHS consists of two groups: full time and short-term. The full time program is designed for students seeking to enroll full through the end of high school with the intention of graduating from BBHS. Students who may only be looking for a semester or year-long experience would be considered part of the short term program. Admitted students will be issued an I-20 for an F1 visa once they have completed the enrollment process.
