Broward College as been in existence for over 60 years and is located in the heart of sunny South Florida near Ft. Lauderdale and Miami. Broward College has been named a Top Ten community college by the prestigious Aspen Institute and provides a safe environment for local and international students. With both Bachelor’s and Associate degrees, students have over 140 academic programs to choose from in eight career-related pathways. Students in our Associate of Arts (AA) 2+2 Transfer Program can save tens of thousands of dollars on their Bachelor’s degree education by completing their first two years of study at Broward College. Once receiving the AA degree, students are guaranteed admission to one of over 30 universities with whom Broward College has agreements, many of which are highly ranked, to complete the remaining two years of their Bachelor’s degree. Broward College also has two-year Associate of Science (AS) degrees that are career-focused and that can lead to immediate employment upon graduation.
