WAS enables these endeavors by offering courses that bring the classroom to the world.
Whistler Adventure School (WAS) is a private institution accredited and certified by the British Columbia government (PTIB) to deliver high quality education in Marketing & Media, Mountain Sport Technician and Adventure Tourism and Guide Training programs.
Students study for 6 months or up to 2 years and earn Diplomas upon successful completion.
Textbook Fees $150 CAD
Lab Supplies $1,200 CAD
WB Lift Pass – if the elective Experiential Leadership is chosen, access onto Whistler Blackcomb Mountains MAY be required. Students may be required to purchase day lift tickets, not included in the cost of the course. Students purchase directly from Vail Resorts as required (Optional trip fee).
PAYMENT BREAKDOWN.
Prior to a Letter of Acceptance being issued, a $125 application fee and $1,750 program deposit is required.
The program deposit is held and used towards the final tuition payment. Please review the W.A.S payment policy.
